Aqua & Terra are the tallest and most luxurious towers in NCR – standing 45 floors high, and are 155m in height with all aluminium and glass exteriors.

Using highly textured limestone and honey coloured wood, Terra brings a sense of warmth and tactility to suffuse a feel of the earth into the interiors, creating a protective wrap from ceiling to floor.

Terra articulates an ascending form that gradually evolves from a tripartite arrangement which house the single level configuration of the four bedroom apartments, to the slender upper shaft incorporating the three duplex and an expansive triplex unit.
